Adaptive reuse of storage facility into 9,700 square foot medical office facility. 5,400 square feet of this facility is an ambulatory surgical center with 2 surgical suites, medical gases, sterile storage, nurses stations, supply rooms, storage, lounge, doctors’ offices, reception, waiting room and administrative space. The remaining square footage is medical office space with exam rooms, nurses cubicles, offices, storage, lounge, waiting and reception areas. Project included new exterior skin and site improvements with parking.
