Gigi's Trattoria

2,200 square foot, restaurant tenant fit-up. Part of the adaptive reuse conversion of an automobile garage into retail and restaurant space. This included new mechanical systems and electrical service. The facility amenities included a full sit-down bar, dining room, commercial kitchen, office and storage.
