Green Meadows Apartments

Interior renovation of 36 apartments (31,821 square foot) plus exterior restoration of the 4 buildings housing the units. Interior work included new baths and kitchens, plumbing and electric upgrades, flooring and paint. The exterior project included new roofs, siding and windows. In addition, public laundries were renovated. The project also included site improvements including sidewalks, stairs, curbs and landscaping.
