Rhinebeck Performing Arts

Phase 1
New construction of 11,500 square foot Performing Arts Center on a 5 acre site. This wood framed structure includes: full basement, main floor with stage, seating for 250, lobby, restrooms and concessions along with mezzanine level housing lighting and sound controls. Site construction included well, septic and parking.

Phase 2
3 floor expansion to the existing Performing Arts Center. Totaling 4,929 square foot, the addition is a wood framed structure with spray foam insulation. We expanded the existing ground source heat pump system to service the addition. Site work included new pump chamber and pumps for storm water, loading dock and dumpster pad with enclosure.
