15 acre Assisted Living Campus. The project included extensive site and road work, relocation of 40,000 cy of soil, 500 yd entrance road, 9 structures and on-site wells and central septic system. The 9 buildings included six,1-story residential units with 3, 4 & 5 bedroom units. 15,000 square foot group home that houses 10 bedroom units, health station, dining and commercial kitchen and chapel. 3,000 square foot administrative office facility and 2,000 square foot pole barn housing the property maintenance group. The buildings are all wood framed and vinyl sided. The sprinkler system features on-site water storage.
