New construction of a 13,083 square foot Walgreens retail store including drive thru and 2,500 square foot mezzanine. Conventional steel and block construction with exterior of brick and smooth faced limestone block. Project also includes all site development including: parking, curbing, landscaping and site lighting. A unique feature of the project is that the entire site was encapsulated with 6" of concrete and rebar covering 14,600 square feet (275 cubic yards).
